PUNK PAINTING
http://b-uncut.com/blog/2010/02/09/video-interview-sardine-tobleroni/
Sardine & Tobleroni present their upcoming exhibition ‘We Love 77′. Drawing blood from the arteries of Punk, Sardine & Tobleroni present 77 paintings in their conceptual art brut style. Each painting is designed around a different band spanning over the last 50 years that capture the essence of Punk. Their work packs a revolutionary punch and brutishly represents the roots of Punk culture.

Ever met or seen The Clash live - read on...
Are you a Clash fan? Did you ever meet the band? Did you ever play in a band who supported The Clash? Have you got an interesting story to tell? I am a researcher working with best-selling author John Niven (Kill Your Friends) and we'd like to hear from you for a forthcoming book to be published by Random House...
'A Good Place Under the Lighting: an Oral History of The Clash'
San Francisco, June 1982
I would have to say this was my favorite. It was the second night of a two night stint at the Civic Center Auditorium. The police were out in full force while we lined up. The English Beat openned and they were absolutely brilliant!!!!
First Los angeles concert
I believe I attended and took photographs of The Clash's first concert in the LA area. I think it was at the Santa Monica Civic and either Bo Dddly or Muddy Waters opened for them. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?
