I'm a fan (and you should be too) because...

I've been a fan since i was 16 when i got a copy of the first lp, first american release. this was around 1980. no other music had moved me and no other music has moved me since. i even did a history project in high school based on the song "washington bullets". i saw the clash twice, once in vancouver, bc 1982, the second time when they opened for the Who, also in 1982. i never saw big audio dynamite or joe's last band. i'd like to see carbon/silicon and the good the bad and the queen. this music means everything to me, more than something from my youth. it's like i've become one of those ladies who still loves elvis! i love the intelligent rebel, saying what you mean no matter what. they should've been bigger. i listen to the clash at least once a day still.
