what happened to music? all the bands today in general sound like rip offs of whats gone befor they don't hold a candle to the clash,sham 69,the jam,the pistols,the damned and everything else of that era ,im playing 'the clash' album and its still as inspiring and electric as it was when i bought the vinyl back in the exciting days when punk /new wave was siezing the uk by the scrawny neck,it brings back to mind the excitement ,the power and the expectation of something about to explode ,have we had that since?
